“I came in feeling like I was failing as a parent. I left understanding that my nervous system was overwhelmed — and with practical tools that changed how I show up for my children. The warmth and professionalism here are extraordinary.”
“Individual CBT helped me understand the connection between my thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I developed practical strategies to manage anxiety and respond to challenges with greater awareness.”
The A.W.A.R.E. framework gave us a shared language. My teenager and I finally understand each other not perfectly, but with genuine curiosity instead of defensiveness. It transformed our relationship.
I was sceptical about coaching I thought it was all motivation and no substance. The neuroscience-informed approach here is completely different. It is structured, practical, and deeply respectful of who I actually am.
What sets this practice apart is the integration. I did not have to choose between processing my past and building my future. Both happened, in the same space, with the same practitioner. That continuity is rare and precious.
“The clarity I gained in just the initial consultation was more than I had from months elsewhere. I finally had a framework for understanding what was happening inside me — and a path forward that felt realistic.
